Issue

References to actors shall should only point toTF-1 sections, not TF-0 Appendix A. There are plenty of references, esp. in Appendix 2:B, that do not point to TF-1, but TF-0. Other chapters in the document should be checked over as well.

Proposed Change

For example, replace <<actor_somds_dec_gateway>> by an appropriate candidate in TF-1 (there are currently no definitions for the DEC and ACM actors in TF-1 afaics.
