Can't output to wasapi and asio

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Squeezelite runs as a service.
2. I try to choose best output (asio drivers for my NAD d3020) - I can only use
Kernel Streaming output.
3. when I use asio or wasapi output I receive _pa_open:255 invalid sample rate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to use wasapi or asio output

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V. 1.5, windows 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Parameters: squeezelite -o 16 -n NAD -s 192.168.0.101
Music: flac 24 bit 96khz
Dac: nad d3020, arcam rDac

What's very interesting: I can output to Arcam rDac wasapi BUT when I put pc to
sleep, after resume there is no sound.
