Description

```
On every 4-socket Xeon (E7) server I tested (Dell R910, Dell R820,
HP DL580, Cisco C420 M3, IBM x3850) i7z correctly detects 4 CPUs,
however the monitoring display shows only 2 CPUs. Screen shot
attached.
Thx,
dk
Research direction
Start by reproducing GUI mode on a four-socket Xeon system and compare the detected CPU count with the monitoring display. The issue names no source file or test; done means the GUI displays all four CPUs on the affected systems.
