Feature Proposal
When backfilling USGS data, it's sometimes nice to put the data in a different version of timeseries so the data scraped from the web in real time is not overwritten. Would be nice to have a -bv flag for backfill version so it could stashed in something like rev-USGS while using the rest of the time cwms tsid.
