tutorial vortex tools

I was reviewing the vortex tool and I was wondering if there is a tutorial on how to run it without problems, because what happens is that when I try to use the "import" script it gives me errors and does not save any precipitation record (in this case I am working with that) I was wondering if I have to have requirements installed before I can use it as JDK or javafx or Gdal or do something to make the tool work well as indicated by the operation tutorials that the USACE has, I am almost started in this field and I found it interesting to use the vortex for my research.
