Auto generate analysis pipeline using TBA

The main problem currently is that creating an analysis pipeline is less than easy, and because of that, it may deter other teams from using SPOT.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
What I wish to happen is to try and get the schema for each years's (if possible) from TBA and then generate a pipeline from that. It would basically transform that schema into a json file that works with SPOT. We could also have a new page to make it quite easy to do this, with yes or no questions for what we want in our pipeline.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
An alternative is to simply make creating a pipeline easier with more debugging tools and assistance, rather than just throwing people in the deep end.
