Sometimes the scouters are confused, whether they pressed the right button or don't know how to fix a small issue they are facing.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The chatbot can give the scouter step-by-step instructions on how to fix a small error, point scoring, general questions about the game ex, how do I know when TeleOP begins?, and which button to press in certain contexts. This prevents the admin from getting distracted during scouting and makes SPOT more user-friendly.

**Additional context**
Mr. Schmit mentioned the idea of using NotebookLM, which would allow the built-in chatbot feature to pull from primarily the information that we give to it, rather than the web. It would be a resource for people scouting who have questions and can use instead of asking a scouting admin; this resource would be available on the login page for Spot for the match scouter, the scouter view page, where they can see the match button, and also on the submit match page.
