Description: The goal of this task is to utilize GitHub Projects to enhance our Agile management process, improve collaboration, and streamline development workflows. By setting up and effectively utilizing GitHub Projects, we aim to achieve better transparency, organization, and efficiency within our software development team.

Steps:

Project Setup:

Create a new GitHub Project Board specifically for Agile management.
Define columns on the board that represent our team's workflow (e.g., "To Do," "In Progress," "Review," "Done").
Customize labels to categorize work items (e.g., "bug," "feature," "high priority," etc.).
Determine and set up any necessary automated workflows (e.g., issue closing on card movement).
Task Creation and Assignment:

Create cards on the Project Board to represent individual work items or tasks, such as user stories, bug reports, or enhancements.
Assign relevant team members to each card to indicate ownership and responsibility.
Estimations and Due Dates:

Add estimations (story points, hours, etc.) to each card to help with capacity planning and velocity tracking.
Assign due dates to cards to set clear expectations for completion.
