Time series overviewWidth not responsive

**Describe the bug**
I see that among available tags for timeseries are overviewWidth and overviewChannels:

[overviewChannels] | string |   | Comma-separated list of channel names or indexes displayed in overview.
[overviewWidth] | string | "25%" | Default width of overview window in percents

These do not appear to be responsive in my Label Studio environment or in the sandbox on your website.

**Minimal XML To Reproduce**

I have tried with and without percent character, and as decimal. Have also tried with and without overviewChannels option.

**Expected behavior**
Full width preview window so that rater does not need to drag to full view on each timeseries task.

**Additional context**
Issue #1330 (closed) appears to address this issue... perhaps the fix applied following that has been reverted or is being over-ridden somehow?

Reproduce the issue with the provided TimeSeries XML in Label Studio 1.23.0, testing overviewWidth with percentages, decimals, and with or without overviewChannels. Review the implementation or history related to issue #1330 and verify that the overview opens at the configured responsive width, including 100% full width, without manual dragging.
