Total annotations per task on browser UI always showing 0 after clicking Update or Submit button

**Describe the bug**
After I click the Update or Submit button, the UI always remain "0" for the `Total annotation per task`.

**To Reproduce**
After fews days usage the behavior just happened, I dont know how to reproduce it actually.

**Expected behavior**
The UI should indicated that the annotation is submitted.

**Environment (please complete the following information):**
- OS: GCP cloud run with heartexlabs/label-studio:latest + GCP cloud sql (postgresql)
- Image Storage Appoarch: GCP cloud storage
- Label Studio Version: v1.22.0

**Additional weired behavior**
- in the project list page, the project shown there's 1 finished task

- but when we enter the project page it still shows 0
