Filter Options by user

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
If more than one user is working on a dataset, the filter has effect to everyones list. Thats not good, becuase it makes it hard to divide tasks to different person.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Filter in datasets have only affect to the user, who filtes.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Maybe it could be also a solution, that filters are either saved for everyone or are just for a session.
