Bitmask regions for large files are not showing up

Hello,

Depending on the size of the image and the number of regions, regions are not showing up after submit or update and reloading. E.g. for a 3400x3400 Px image (loaded from local folder as source) all regions more than 6 are not showing up after submit or update and reloading the image.
