Adding another tab on the sidebar

Environment

- Label Studio version: 1.20.0
- Operating system: Windows

Expected behavior

I’d like to create a new tab in the Label Studio interface that contains a dedicated section for links/URLs, where I can add and manage one or more links.

Current behavior

I haven’t found a clear way in the documentation to add a custom tab. At the moment, I can only work with the standard labeling configuration.

Question
Is it possible with the existing features to:
- create a custom tab in the interface;
- add inside this tab a field or section for one or more links/URLs;
- optionally make it configurable via the labeling config file?

Or does this require advanced customization (e.g., via extensions or frontend modifications)?

If there are any examples or documentation references, that would be very helpful.
