Feature: Add a status checkbox to the filter options

每当我有不同的筛选要求时，总是需要将上一次的筛选条件删除，然后再新增筛选项。
Whenever I have different filtering requirements, I always need to delete the previous filter conditions before adding new ones.

我希望可以新增单选框来激活或取消当前筛选项，这样就不用频繁新增和删除了。
I would like to add a checkbox to enable or disable the current filter, eliminating the need for frequent additions and deletions.
