Polygons, Keypoints and Brush/Erase tools in Video

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Currently, there is a problem with this framework that is the missing tool controls functionality in video labelling. This impedes using label-studio to semi-automatically label videos with models like SAM2, which is a huge boost in efficiency and productivity.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It is an extension of the functionality image labelling already offers to video, including polylines, keypoints and brush/erase controls, and the AI-assisted controls, perhaps reusing functionality from the image implementations.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Alternatives fall into the category of doing workarounds to a functionality that should be core to the framework. I really think (an I'm not the only one #6861 ) this functionality will boost this labelling framework.

I really like this framework, it is one of the best customizable tools out there. Hope this feature is given the importance it deserves and given a development timeline.
