Video Fails to Play When Collapse Component is Initially Closed

**Describe the bug**
The labeling interface is as follows:

The video progress bar is in progress, but the video is not playing

**Expected behavior**
Expectation: When using the Collapse component and the initial value of the open property is false, the video can be displayed normally when the Collapse is manually expanded and clicked to play.
