No Timeline (timescrubber) on Project UI

**Describe the bug**
When opening a project on my Label Studio, the timescrubber wasn't appearing. I tried a webm video for my data and experiemented with default and custom labelling setups. Then I realised that I wasn't able to select anything on my video player as well (labels), finally, I tried importing image data as well but wasn't able to select any labels on the sceen for image data either.

I tried installing Label studio wit pip and docker but wasn't able to resolve.

**To Reproduce**
I don't think it is reproducable because only my computer was behaving like this. I uninstalled and reinstalled the application, and tried docker as well, made new projects, accounts but had no resolution.

**Expected behavior**
I expect the application to work like it does for others, i.e. I'm able to select specific sections of my data and then select specific timestamps to lebel them.
