Add Polygon control tag to Video Annotation

I want to curate video dataset to fine-tune segment anything 2
segment anything 2 need polygons instead of bounding box to segment objects from video frame

add polygons control tag for Video tag

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
use other tools or write own tool to do that
