**Bug description**
Unfortunately, for some time now, the Label Studio has been encountering errors and bugs during operation. The issue is not resolved until the system is reloaded, which results in the loss of ongoing data and causes rework, wasting time and energy.

- Label Studio Version: 1.17.0
**Additional context**
I used different image versions and migrate from sqlite to postgresql, but the problem still remains.
