can't disable hotkeys

**Describe the bug**
I created a project to label categories and dates of documents.
Unfortunately, when entering numbers for the date selection, it sometimes takes the numbers as hotkeys and changes the corresponding category.
Therefore, I disabled the hotkeys. But when I continue labeling, on the next doc, the hotkeys are still active although not shown in the UI.

**Expected behavior**
When I disable hotkeys in the settings, no selection should be possible by entering numbers.
