In Enterprise version can we make interface dynamic

We have a use case where while I'm trying to annotate an image on right where all regions are present ,if I click on region it is highlighting that particular region in image but we also need to see that particular label below our image
And second thing is for creating 25 or more column with labels we need to write code for all the columns separately but I want to write in dynamic way like writing code for one column and able mention the number of columns I require
Could you please check and inform whether we can achieve our use case with scripts or any other way in Label Studio enterprise version
If it is possible could you please provide the supporting docs or videos or a call for our use case , it would be so helpful to us
