TextArea (displayMode="region-list") regarding ID error reporting

**Describe the bug**
When clicking on the Labels button, the page displays an error message saying "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading'id ')"

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Click on button 'Labels'
2. See error "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')"

**Expected behavior**
I hope the page does not report any errors and can view and edit annotations.
