The common use case is to create a tab with custom filtering and ordering, and invite someone to annotate those samples, in the specific order designed.

I'd like a dedicated link generated for Labelling Tasks as Displayed.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
There isn't any automatic way, just writing instructions to the end users, which button to click.
The existing `/projects/xx/data?tab=yy&labelling=1` URL always iterates through the 'Label All Tasks' set.
