Organization being fetched too many times

**Describe the bug**
Organization is being fetched far too many times. This happens on our LSC instance and I assume all instances, leading to slowness.

You'd have to profile your own DB to replicate.

I've added a potential fix in a PR here: https://github.com/HumanSignal/label-studio/pull/5514
