Video Player Works Locally But Not Remotely

**Describe the bug**
I have installed label-studio through the GH repo for local development on my Windows machine and set up a production server (Windows 2022) that I push the code to.

Locally, I can create, view, and annotate video projects. On the server, which uses the exact same code, I cannot.

On the server, if I use Chrome then the video can be played and scrubbed through but doesn't actually show anything. On Firefox, the video doesn't even load in the first place.

I'm using the latest dev version on both.

I already tried turning off browser plugins, using an anonymous window, etc.; nothing worked.
