Taxonomy limited to 100 items?

**Describe the bug**
I am using the legacy version of the Taxonomy tag. When doing a new annotation, I would expect to see all the taxonomy labels that have been added previously. However, they are limited to exactly 100.

To be able to see all the labels that have been added by all the users before.
