Labelstudio says "No more tasks left in queue" when there are more tasks in the queue

**Describe the bug**
Labelstudio says "No more tasks left in queue" when there are more tasks in the queue

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Navigate to a project with a tab that contains some filters.
2. Click the "Label tasks as displayed" button

**Expected behavior**
The first image in the tab should appear in the labeling queue.

This is a possible duplicate of https://github.com/HumanSignal/label-studio/issues/4190, but that issue was closed so I opened this one.
