**Describe the bug**
The editing box does not automatically display in the visible area when double clicke selected region.
**To Reproduce**
1. chose a region that are not in the visible Regions area.
2. double clicke the region.
**Expected behavior**
The editing box of this region will automatically display in the visible Regions area.

- OS: windows 11
- Label Studio Version:1.8.2
- Browser:Edge 116.0.1938.69
**Additional context**
Version 1.8.1 does not have this issue.
