Custom zoom

When I open an image and zoom on it to work on, I usually set a zoom level.
Then when I open another image (that could be very similar to previous one and maybe it needs same zoom level...) I have to set zoom level again, cause previous zoom level is reset to default one.

Maybe a place to set zoom level could be local storage, where I can easily access by js?
