Handle text spacing when relation labeling

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I usually do sequence labeling (NER) with label-studio however when I also add relations and some labels to those relations, the relation labels cover the text from above/below line.

Adding a slider to adjust spacing between text lines

Happens with long-form text (multiple lines).
