Support for XBRL and iXBRL

Label Studio does not support XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) or iXBRL (Inline XBRL) input formats.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
As a data labeler, I want to import XBRL and iXBRL files as tasks, so I can better analyze the U.S. [Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)](https://www.sec.gov/) data.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I assume templating for _XBRL/iXBRL Document NER_ is similar to _HTML Document NER_.
