Issue resizing rectanglelables in rotated images

**Describe the bug**
Unable to resize rectanglelabel block when image is rotated.

**To Reproduce**

1. Rotate an image using the tool
2. Mark a rectanglelabel block
3. Try to resize/adjust

The block is adjustable in the orginal view, but cannot be adjusted in the rotated view.

**Expected behavior**
The rectanglelabel should be adjustable in any view

**Environment (please complete the following information):**
- Label Studio Version - 1.4.1
