Rotating rectangles/polygons only works by using a mouse at the moment, there are no predefined rotations like horizontal, verical

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add buttons/keyboard shortcuts to quickly rotate rectangle/polygon by say 45deg and then fine tune it by 1deg

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
The only alternative for now is using mouse to rotate the rectangle/polygon manually.
