COCO annotator - an on-premise open source solution

By no means, I am endorsing the tool in any way, but having used it I can vouch for it. Just wanted to ask for addition of COCO annotator which is a full package in itself - frontend, backend and database for doing image annotations in coco format - keypoints, tagging, segmentation etc. Can be deployed on premises and has a good guide and tools to deploy, run and annotate image data.
