Description

Certbot currently has a risk of a stampede during renewals which could be problematic wrt DNS validation. We should ensure it sleeps a random interval between renewals so they will happen separated in time across servers.

Research direction

The issue names Certbot renewal and DNS validation but no file, test, or entry point. Locate the renewal configuration and scheduling path in hubs-cloud, then determine how renewal timing is coordinated across servers. Done means renewals are separated by a random interval without breaking DNS validation.
