Question: Is there any way to link the test results file from a pipeline to test case work items on Azure DevOps?
From what I have been able to research, linking depends on Visual Studio Test, which does not appear to support AL projects.
The goal is to provide a unified test report for a combination of manual and automated tests.

I would like to be able to link test cases to a pipeline or stage so that the results of automated tests will run/update the linked test case(s).
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, the alternative I see is updating the testcases manually based on the results from the automated test run.
