Description

Branch refactor/provider-wire-collapse (tmp/wt-provider-wire) is a half-finished credential-affecting migration that must never push as-is. Either finish it properly (legacy *-anthropic / *-coding-plan kinds to wire + mode on the vendor, keep parse_config_identity until tables rewrite, never orphan credentials) or close it with a clear WIP note. Credential area: full gates plus auth-matrix receipt required.

Research direction

Start by inspecting branch refactor/provider-wire-collapse in tmp/wt-provider-wire and locating parse_config_identity plus the provider-wire and credential tables. Review the full credential gates and auth-matrix receipt before changing anything. Done means either completing the migration without orphaning credentials, or closing the branch with a clear WIP note.
