Allow for Firefox policies to open multiple tabs that are unexpected.

- [ ] The selenium browser loads as if it is the first time firefox is opened. This means it loads the extensions and opens their respective tabs. Make a code that detects whether the current tab is the expected tab, and if not, close it, and wait for at most `x` seconds, until no more new tabs are opened.
