Give option to set up private anki server

One can upload decks from the sudo apt install anki installation to https://ankiweb.net/decks/ and on that website one can share ones anki decks. However, they have a "warning" saying decks for small groups could/should be shared privately, and that decks that receive few downloads will be automatically removed: https://ankiweb.net/decks/share/ . Therefore, it might be valuable to allow users to set up their own deck sharing, such that they will not be deleted.

  Find out whether such a deletion is merely from the Anki server, or whether it also is deleted from the user account.
  
  (It may also make it more easy to set up managing alternating course contents over years.)
