Semi-Automate adding support for apt packages

Note: keep in mind, if the code is written general, one can also support semi-automated adding support for snap packages.

Adding a new apt package could be automated, with the exception of writing the expected output of the version command.

  Hardcode the code lines (with exception of the package name, which should be a variable) that should be added to support the new apt package.
