Include python code in report that recreates the repo based on the included appendices

Make a basic python code that parses a pdf (that contains itself) and reconstructs the entire repository from the appendices in the report, and runs the code to reproduce the report (and verifies it is an exact copy).

The main challenges would be in undoing the line-wrappings, and/or special characters. Furthermore, including the latex source as appendix makes the report a bit long.
