Visualise the code structure in an insightfull fashion.

Perhaps class diagrams/some diagrams can be generated automatically to visualize how the code is structures. Perhaps this could make the code that is included in the appendices more easily understandable. Perhaps PlantUML can be used to automatically generate such diagrams.
