Partner Engagement Strategy - City of Miami's Housing

As a partner, I want to know how I can support or what I have to do to support getting Affordable Housing Sensors deployed. For the City of Miami's Department of Housing and Community Development, we need to approach them with this document.

The Director is waiting for the following:

- How can he participate in this?
- What does he need to do and which people on his staff are needed?

Needs from us:

- We need # of Housing Developers he would like to participate
- How many Affordable Housing Certified housing units he would want as a part of this?
- For each house, we plan to deploy 4 sensors per so a total tally of sensors.
- Who is the point of contact from his organization who should be a part of this conversation.
