It is a bit too short sighted to assume, that an intiator is only used at one StorageSystem ...
Your Find-DSCCDeviceTypeFromStorageSystemID -SystemId $MySystemId is returning an empty string, if the initiator has more than one systems listed. And as a result, the Remove-DSCCInitiator function fails .... just assume the extreme case, that the same initiator is accessing Alletra 9k and Alletra 5/6k systems.
