Input new reagents on the deck in the middle of a reaction

This is crucial to handling machine learning errors, and is useful for handling other errors, but is a very time intensive task.
The idea would be to build a seperate stage that will make a query reagents tab with everything on the deck, and the user will be able to change that tab so the robot can change it's deck positions, possibly by just overwriting everything.
