Hello,
i seen SPAM in the topics. Maybe the topic owner should have right to clean his topic from SPAM or submit high "weight" [downvote](https://github.com/HelloZeroNet/ZeroTalk/issues/9) to the SPAM comment and if confirmed by other users [downvotes](https://github.com/HelloZeroNet/ZeroTalk/issues/9), post will get removed. To prevent abuse of the downvotes, there should be [antibot system](https://github.com/HelloZeroNet/ZeroNet/issues/1310).
