Language filtering

please implement language filter to ZeroTalk, same or similar like one at [ZeroSites](http://127.0.0.1:43110/Sites.ZeroNetwork.bit/) one can click and select to show only topics in his/her native language + english (for example)

So one can easily and permanently (the choice will be remembered across page visits and zeronet restarts) hide foreign language rubbish.

Please work on ZeroTalk and ZeroBLog as these are most important content management systems that makes zeronet users wanting to use zeronet - if these CMS are useful and feature rich.
