Add Bittorrent DHT support to ZeroNet
Note 1: those care for anonymity can use Lokinet instead of Tor. It support UDP
Note 2: This root fork is dead you should continue work from newer fork (e.g. [zeronet-conservancy](https://github.com/zeronet-conservancy/zeronet-conservancy) or [ZeroNetX](https://github.com/ZeroNetX/ZeroNet))
