[cppia] Support a default CPPIA script file name

This is a (minor) feature request for CPPIA

Perhaps `cpp.cppia.Host` should support a default script name so that the CPPIA host can be run without arguments, and without building a custom host?

This is minor but may be nice for using the official binaries bundled with HXCPP 👍
