Windows uninstaller "Full" doesn't uninstall anything

Greetings,

When using `Uninstall.exe` to uninstall Haxe 3.2.1, we are asked to select the _type of uninstall_, with the choices _Default_, _Full_ and _Custom_. None of these choices actually check anything for me (Windows 7 64 bit), which can be expected from _Default_ and _Custom_, but I don't think this is the expected behavior for _Full_.
